Liz Homan, a contributor at GradHacker (one of my fav blogs for all things grad school) had some great eating tips for people starting grad school or just ramping up their schedule.
Out of her tips, I had already planned on bringing food to school (I’m getting a mini fridge for my office), shopping local and seasonal when I can (hello, inexpensive small town Farmer’s Market), making food from scratch/at home, and eating food to fuel my body/brain.
I think I could stand to work on making my meals a real break time. Yes, I am typing and eating my breakfast…
Do any of these tips help you? Have any other thoughts or ideas you would add to her list??
