I’ve said about a million times, that I love the Tone It Up ladies! One of their most popular recipes for breakfast seems to be protein pancakes. I am not a huge fan of pancakes, but the hubs just got me a waffle maker. I noticed this post at TIU that someone used their waffle maker to make Protein Waffles.
So, I headed over to TIU to get their protein pancake recipe – which you can get here. I used this recipe, but added some whole wheat flour because I didn’t have any bananas to thicken it up. They turned out delicious!!
This is a great healthy and delicious breakfast option!
Look – the waffles are heart shaped – how sweet is my hubby???
